Owner gave me a quote for repairs after a storm that included post removal and resetting, wire repair and gate replacement. Half payment due up front other half when job was done. I wasn’t able to be there during the repairs. They couldn’t give me a day as they were waiting over a month for utilities to be marked ( they ended up doing it without them being marked). Not at all impressed. My gates open opposite how I had them before, never asked me if I wanted them to open in or out. Now I'm stuck. Also installed the locking mechanisms backward so the mechanism is outside not in. It's not the color I want but I was willing to admit I didn't catch him writing the wrong color on the contract after discussing extensively they should be a color to match the neighbors off-white fences.
