We have been renting from these slum lords for 4 years. If we had not signed a 4 year lease we would have never stayed in the house we are in for this long only because of the perkins realty. These are the worst landlords ever. When our refrigerator went out it literally took them over 6 weeks to get it fixed. A different excuse every time. The air conditioning unit upstairs took over a year for them to fix. The only reason that was fixed is because I demanded they fix it completely instead of walking around the problem.
