Hannah removed my braces today! She has a wonderful personality, explains everything thoroughly, takes her time, and is gentle.
Great place I’ve been to. It was organized and planned out perfectly. Came to get aligners and they were always prepared with everything i needed and any question I had for them!
I had the opportunity to meet with hygienist Hannah, who removed my permanent retainer from my lower teeth and replaced it with a new one. From the instant I settled into the chair, she thoroughly explained each step of the procedure, detailing what she would be doing throughout my appointment, and ensured my comfort upon completion. She was exceptionally pleasant and I appreciate her kindness and thoroughness. Dr. Shoe and his team are fantastic!
I would highly recommend anyone who needs braces to go see Dr. Shoe. From the moment I went in to see if braces were for me I felt so comfortable with everyone who works for Dr. Shoe. Any time I had questions Brenda was there to answer my concerns. I want to thank Savannah, Emma, Jess, Theresa and Hannah for making my smile beautiful. I appreciate all the hard work you all do. Thank you !
Update: I'm over the moon with the progress of my teeth. Jess did the work in my mouth that has officially started me on the next phase of my invisaligns journey. She was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. I love the way that everyone at Dr. Shoe's is so friendly. They are fast, but you don't feel rushed. Great place to be for orthodontics!!
