love love pick-n-pull now I see a big change in the customer service sense the last time I shopped here in 2014. The store is so much cleaner and I felt welcome this time. I didn't fine my part someone already pulled it :-( but I'll keep checking and I will be back....love the change-it was needed!

Overall a decent experience Had a hard time finding parts for my '84 chevy, someone suggested Pick-N-Pull. Went there on a Sunday, not sure why they charge $2 to shop but they were pretty informative and had several trucks there I could pull from. They gave me a list of all the compatible trucks that would work and then told me what rows they were on. Lots of sand to walk thru, but I got the parts I needed for $150 less than I had priced out online. So besides the $2 shopping fee and the sand, it worked out great for me. I'd... read more

hit and miss at best i went there (for the first time) just to look at the selection. i had heard that they rotate cars in and out, and never keep cars at the lot for more than 5 years. looking at the website, pictures, and reviews i went to the tallahassee pick n pull expecting to find a selection of compatible parts for my project car, but what i found was a lot of cars that had been stripped BARE. no interior, nothing under the hood, even the hoods were mising on a lot of the cars. i even saw one that had clearly been in ... read more

GREAT PARTS, BAD MECHANICS!!!!! Two weeks ago I went to Pick n Pull to find a part for my car. I found a part and noticed that there were a few mechanics on hand that were looking for side work so I decided to use one named Billy Ray Crump. BAD mistake. Not only did this man not keep his word for the date agreed upon to fix my car, but he also took my money and ran when the work was supposedly done.I called him when he was supposed to be back, but he was using my money to put new tires on his truck so he never made it! Excellant Service and reasonable prices. PROS:Good experience, good parts selection, good prices. Fair Service. CONS:Its a long walk to Vans n Trucks for a Handicapped old guy (80).Get cheap rental Golf Carts. i would pay ten dollars to ride along rows of vehicles.

DO NOT GO THERE I have never been treated so rudely in my life. We went there and were almost totally ignored except to tell us how much it cost just to go back in the field and look. They took our $2 and sent us back looking for rims even though they knew all of the rims had been pulled off of almost every car in the lot. They had tires and rims inside but back where you could not even get to them to look but again would not even speak to us. your website is not very helpful your website is not very helpful and your hold time for incoming calls is rediculous. Im sure that there is a better way to answer your phone without having people to hold on for more than 30 minutes.
