Greedy and horrible. Rent elsewhere.
Renters beware! The $300 “holding deposit” is non-refundable! They won’t consider your application without it and they won’t give it back. This was not made clear and for a reason. Unless you are absolutely sure Picerne is the only place you’re waiting to hear from steer clear of this money grabbing company. If “0” was a choice that’s what they would get!
