Greedy and horrible. Rent elsewhere.
Renters beware! The $300 “holding deposit” is non-refundable! They won’t consider your application without it and they won’t give it back. This was not made clear and for a reason. Unless you are absolutely sure Picerne is the only place you’re waiting to hear from steer clear of this money grabbing company. If “0” was a choice that’s what they would get! Horrible people, most of these positive reviews read like bots or paid actors
Just another corporate entity that doesn’t actually care about you or the quality of your home. Look elsewhere when renting in RI. My apartment is on a waitlist and I can’t move out without paying an exuberant amount to break the lease. If you’re on a waitlist here, chances are your room is available but they’re squeezing the current occupant for as much dough as possible.
