Late fees during pandemic's 😂
These people make promises to fix things but never do. They raise your rent and want you to pay for the newly upgraded rentals but ignore all issues that current residents have. We had bugs in our complex for over a year without action, when they KNEW the source and were not acting upon it. They leave washers and dryers broken for MONTHS and tell people to walk to another complex.
