I ordered a seafood platter, and the etoufee (crawfish) was horrible & the fish had too too much batter on it! I did not enjoy at all, but customer service was outstanding! 100 A+ the waiter!
I visited the Jackson (55 location) Today! I walked in no greeting! I proceed to walk to the counter to place my order! While telling the worker (a guy) what meats I wanted, a lady worker grabbed 1 plate in which the guy had place meat on it. The last worker was Sooooooo RUDE and nasty. Her customer service skills are POOR TO NONE! And to TOP IT OFF she CURSED ME OUT IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. Attempting to eat lunch! WE WERE DEMANDED BY THE FEMALE MANAGER TO PUT ON A MASK. They WOULD NOT SERVE US! We left! Hundreds they lost on our small group. MORE PLACES TO EAT THAN THIS!
