Picasso's is an exquisite little Spanish eatery on Santa Clara Street. Enjoy a fancy but relaxed environment with a decent selection of tapas, both chilled and warm. Try Ensalada Picasso and the signature Albondigas con Picada de Almendra, which is special fillet mignon meatballs in almond, tomato and parsley sauce. The decor is intimate, semi-upscale place with fine traditional Spanish food and excellent service. The wine list is moderate and features Spanish vintages.

Excellent!!!! The sautéed Scallops are to die for!!! Can eat them everyday if I could. Definitely going back. Great service and ambiance!!!
Tapas are really good, paella is not, it was burned on the bottom and it expensive. Next time I go I will order tapas only

Picasso's offers amazing tapas or small plates for lunch and dinner and the presentation, taste and preparation is amazing. I can't wait to come back and try Edwing's special Paella!! Also, Picasso's is perfect for pre-Sharks game dinner!!
