Picasso's is an exquisite little Spanish eatery on Santa Clara Street. Enjoy a fancy but relaxed environment with a decent selection of tapas, both chilled and warm. Try Ensalada Picasso and the signature Albondigas con Picada de Almendra, which is special fillet mignon meatballs in almond, tomato and parsley sauce. The decor is intimate, semi-upscale place with fine traditional Spanish food and excellent service. The wine list is moderate and features Spanish vintages.

We celebrated our 35th Anniversary there. Our favorite was the negra Paella and the oxtail stew. Everything was very good, fast service and friendly staff.
Good food but overpriced and the chairs were uncomfortable. We ordered a seafood paella for 2, 2 Spanish wine $22 for 2 glasses and an appetizer with a total of $82. The restaurant only had us and another table of six, yet I was not allowed to move to a bigger table with four chairs. Weird...
