Love going to Picasso's. For wings and a beer, they are hard to beat.
My wife and I love this restaurant. The service is fast, friendly, and professional, the food and drinks are great, and we especially love their fish tacos. However, every meal has been good and well worth the price which is very reasonable. When you go in be sure to look at the decorations. The owner of the restaurant actually made them: she painted all the paintings and made all the other art in the different media.
As someone who went to culinary school and worked the restaurant industry for a very long time... I have serious mixed feeling about this place. I want it to be good so bad, but it really comes off as out place and trying to be something it is not. The place is huge and the decor looks nice, but the booths are incredibly uncomfortable with the table legs right in your foot space. Now food wise is where things get confusing..
