Very unprofessional. Watch out. If you disagree with them you’ll have the cops called! My advice don’t go! They steal your money and then charge you for services not done. But if you complain the cops will be called! They won’t get the office manager or dentist. They just have this girl guarding their lies! Beware
Que me llego una especial por correo de una limpieza , examen y rayos X por $35 y fui y nunca me hicieron la limpieza que porque traía mis encías inchadas y disque las traía sangrando y puras mentiras porque yo ni traia las encías inchadas y nunca me han sangrado y me dijeron que si me hacían la limpieza profunda en dos partes me salía $2780 que va de $35.00 a $2780 😏
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t explain what’s covered from insurance til after, (xrays). Even though they said they would before. The billing lady is seriously the most unpleasant and rudest person I have ever met. I’m a mil spouse and I will definitely make sure that this place is NOT recommended to others. This place has the worst customer service ever and their practice is questionable. The coding for the services that were sent to my insurance required more information. My insurance never received the information causing me to receive a high bill that I was required to pay. During the weeks of requesting the information, I was ensured that I was not going to be held liable until it was resolved with my insurance.
