This place is terrible if I could give them 0 stars I would I get my nail acrylic on only for 1 week and they are coming off this is not how acrylic nails normally are they last for At least a month and they are refusing to give me my money back on top of that the lady is lying saying jimmy isn’t their when he is just so they don’t have to give me nothing it’s so disgusting how they are doing me

Asked for the price on a waxing service in the phone and they doubled it in person. Was very disappointed but since I was pressed on time continued. The rest of the service was not very good quality. There was a lack of privacy, communication, and patchiness later. I have also been doing waxing for a few years and I found they were pulling in the wrong direction creating a lot of irritation and pain. I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately you have new nail techs that have no idea how to do a pedicure. I didn’t come to have my pedicure look like my 5 yo did the job. The nail tech had no idea how to shape the nail or paint. There are a lot of good techs but you need to train your new people. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I showed Jimmy my inspo picture and he was able to do it spot on! Everyone is so friendly my favorite nail salon I drive all the way from San Francisco just to go here
