TERRIBLE and RUDE. Him and his wife are very aggressive and treat people with no respect. Google Picasso Aesthetic and Cosmetic dentistry and read the reviews before allowing these scammers to bill your insurance. Not even a landline phone in their office, they use a cell phone to run this business. The worst experience ever.
Trying to get an exam and referall to get a root canal which my insurance told me to ask for . After my insurance called and explained that I am covered by them I was then told to call and make the appointment .when I called I got the same extremely mean woman who just got off phone with insurance ... when I told her that I Am covered and why did she agree with my insurance company 39 seconds ago she continued to argue and said they don't do referrals they only "pull teeth" what!!!! Super unprofessional front desk. The woman will give the insurance company multiple diff answers , if they even answer at all.... it's unfortunate. There are people out there desperate for jobs and people like this are allowed to be in such an industry .
