I Chad a tooth pulled and 4 teeth frilled. The Dentist was professional and made sure that I didn’t experience any discomfort.
Thank you to the WHOLE staff for you kindness, patience and understanding with me today. I was so nervous about having my tooth pulled. But the doctor was so patient and put me at ease and before I knew it the tooth was out. Not many people like going to the dentist, but with a staff like yours, your professionalism and kindness goes a long way of to bridge that fear.
As a new patient I called to come in as I had a very bad toothache. I was give an appointment for Monday as the earliest they could get me in. I went in hours early(how bad the pain was) to get the paperwork so that would be a hold up. Because of covid -19 only emergency patients being seen. No problem. I was very happy with the care and service I received here. The Dental Hygienist, Malia, and Dentist, Dr. Wen, we’re very professional, polite, and thorough. My only complaint is the layout of the treatment rooms, my view was of a large blank wall with an electrical outlet in the middle of it, not a huge deal but it would be nice if there was a picture, or even better a mirror so that you can see what’s going on behind you, everything seems to take place behind you and when people enter and exit as quietly as they do you nev... read more
Had a very rude billing clerk had some problems with not having enough insurance to cover all procedures needed ask clerk what could be done very rude and hung up before we were doing talking. Dentest and nurse were excellent . So sad she will lose a lot of patients for this good dentest
RecommendedHands down best dentist I’ve ever been to! Very kid friendly my wife and I both left without being hurt, my 18 month old son left happy and entertained!
