Been staying here since 2020. I would like to give a special note to Ryan. The current Manager. Since he took over here everything has gotten better. His communication is A+. Fantastic "can do" attitude. Overall, this is the type of Manager that you want managing the property you live in. Whatever property he goes to next will be lucky to have him.
I received a deposit ~$900 refund check but it was too late to deposit. I asked to send a new one, but no one is responding. Update: The issue was caused by previous owner. New owner Ryan was very helpful and responsible. The issue is resolved.

The new(ish) PM, Ryan, is great. I have lived here for a few years with several different PMs and Ryan is by far the best. Building is well-maintained and in a convenient location.
