Incredibly responsive, reliable and professional. Had my quote and everything I required ready within hours of contact. The team who carried out the work were polite, incredibly helpful and very professional. Payment was so simple and all electronic. Made things so much easier for me! After the job, I received a follow up call to ensure everything was satisfactory and if I had any concerns to note. Customer service was exemplary as was the level of work conducted. Pica Electrical is excellent - we had multiple issues with our solar battery and they worked tirelessly to help us resolve those. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. I will definitely use them again for future maintenance and other installations.
