Kathy Piazza is a joke. We've been trying to get a response from her office for 3 days and she's always too busy, in meetings, or not in. She leaves early and doesn't have a set schedule. This company is a joke and once my lease is up, I'm never coming back

If I could give this no stars I would. This property management company put the first renter in our home with: 1) no rental history, 2) a ""glowing" recommendation that he was a good candidate and responsible." Well, he stopped paying rent after three months - it then took 6 to 8 months to get him out of the house, including legal proceedings because he had more rights than WE did. I rented a beautiful, old 2 story home in Sedro Woolley for a year and a half. The rental agent (s) were very responsive when I needed repairs, which weren't very often. I really liked that they would periodically inspect the property to ensure that 1) I was properly caring for the house, and 2) to ensure everything was in proper working order. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend renting from Piazza Realty Property Management.
