Horrible property management. Elevators are always broken, there is a technician but it is always a band-aid fix and will break the next day (even more frustrating on the weekend when no one can fix it). Security gate to the garage is broken every other week which poses a security threat to residents and their cars. The front door is weak enough to the point where if someone puts even an ounce of effort to yanking the door, it will open without a security code, which again, poses a security threat to residents.
