Repair service quotes are unclear
Absolutely wonderful experience with service advisor Dawn who went far above and beyond to get my car fixed for me in time for my vacation. Seriously, I was blown away with the level of help provided.
The service department staff is top flight, my car is always repaired correctly and they contact me through out the process. They are always giving my Labrador retriever treats too. Easy to make an early morning appointment and everyone is so pleasant. We have purchased six cars from this dealer and they truly care about their customers .
Alex was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. I appreciate that he didn't pressure me into getting services right away. Also loved that the inspector provided a video of exactly what the issue was, so it was very transparent what was going on.
