From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with a new used car. I was very impressed with the customer service skills of everyone that I spoke to. Alyssa Denks was very rude and left me on hold for 15 minutes.
Horrible service. Poor customer service. Wrong information!! I was scheduled for a maintenance service which never happened! Everyone you call at this location gives you a different story!! They need to fire and replace management and train the misleading staff !!
