Save yourself frustrating , money and time and don’t get your car there. My car (2019 Honda Pilot with 61,000 miles) arrived at the service center to have two recalls and an oil change. The vehicle was left there for two days for this purpose. I was abroad and it was brought there and returned to my home by my nephew. The vehicle has not been driven anywhere since.
