I AM TERRIFIED. I LIVE OUT OF STATE. HEDY KRENN HAS TAKEN THE KEY AND ACCESS TO MY HOUSE. FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, SHE DOES NOT LIST MY HOUSE, SHE DOES NOT RETURN MY KEYS, SHE DOES NOT LET US TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HER FOR 3 MOHTHS. ALL I CAN SAY SHE HAS INVATED MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AS I HAD GIVEN HER A DEADLINE OF JAN21ST TO EITHER SEND CONTACT ACCEPTABLE TO US AND LIST "OR" RETURN KEYS SHE DOES NEITHER. I HOPE SHE IS NOT USING MY HOUSE FOR B&B. PLEASE DO NOT DO WHAT I DID, LIVE YOUR HOUSE WITH A TOTAL STRANGER!
The home buying process went so smoothly. The realtor was really knowledgeable and always available for questions and advice. I didn't feel pressured at all but was given honest, straightforward information.
We didn't end up using a realtor to sell our house but I would recommend Emily Wilhelm to anyone that asked. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Didn't pressure us at all and clearly knows her stuff. If you need a realtor to buy or sell, I'd go with Emily.
