Piastra is the only Italian restaurant around that makes their pasta carbonara with the traditional Italian egg recipe. Delicious!
Authentic and quite good Carbonara Nice portions, good service. Owner came out and asked how every thing was. I think it shows dedication. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love the food and the staff! Hands down our favorite. Alex is personable makes you feel at home as well as momma Betty! Let’s not forget the chief Greg that comes out to say Hi and goes out of his way to make gluten free options for our family.
So my girlfriend really wanted Chicken Picata, not on the menu on which we looked. They were more than happy to accommodate. It was wonderful. They took care of us in every way. Great food and wine. We would recommend this restaurant.
I would never recommend this restaurant. The food made three of us sick. We understood the fish came whole but it was so full of bones it was not eatable. We sent it back only to be charge the fill price even though I had taken one bite. They charged half. The price of the second meal which was a salty fatty steak. Very poor cut of beef. Then three of us was sick by the time we got home. The older lay was nasty about the whole thing. Never again.
Love the number of gluten free options and the wine selection is top notch!
