This was the absolute best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at. I'm gluten free and the choices were amazing!

Excellent pasta, bread, wine & everything else. Great meatballs. Amazing penne with lobster and cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes. Service was excellent as well. Best Italian in Cobb.
Food and service was great! AND they have gluten free pasta and chocolate cake which is what I have been wanting for a long time from an Italian restaurant!!!
My husband and I ate at Piastra last evening and thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. We were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive from the moment she introduced herself. We ordered the mussels, salads, cheese lasagna and meatballs to share and everything was delicious. I went when it first open and wasn't really over the top for it. Former owners were still there everything was a little rusty I think. I decided to give it another chance and was blown away with the difference! HUGE wine selection and the food was amazing. Even helped one of my picky eater friends make a salad to his liking!
