Let me say first I hate going to the dentist. From being pulled out of the corner of the dentist’s room kicking and screaming as a kid it’s just been bloody awful every place I’ve been. Until I went to Gentle James last week. First time to Pialba Dentist and gotta say well impressed. James was brilliant. Fixed the problem and has been the best since. Thanks to the team. Will defo be back.
For someone whi hated dentist, found this to be the most relaxing and friendly staff. Was explained what was going to happen and all qas done and didnt feel a thing other then having the smile of a life time. Thankyou all very much staff and Dr Lau
I found this dentist very expensive. A checkup and clean was $300. Most advertised prices in Hervey Bay is $199 for new clients. I booked a checkup and clean, then when at the appointment he tried to get me to come back for the clean and I refused and said I had booked the clean. After two X-rays I paid total $400. My wife recently went to a clinic in Hervey Bay which did complimentary X-rays for all new patients and clean and checkup was $200. I learnt my lesson to ask for a quote in future.
