Horrible customer service. I work at a local hospital. Part of my order was missing when ordering via grub hub. Called to let the manager know part of my order was missing was told “we can put your name in the book.” Since I was unable to leave to get part of my order. Fast forward to tonight due to a group of us about to order again. I have ordered from here and I am routinely dissatisfied. I’ve ordered delivery and like the food just tastes and the textures feels slimy and off of what it should be. I have had Piadas at different locations both delivery and dine in and this has the most inconsistent food every time. Staffing issues for sure. Was told in store very politely my order at 2p would take 30 min. The girl was also on break but working the register probably unpaid for that time. I ordered a besto pasta my usual and it was amazing!!! Jarvion and Dae welcomed me at the door with their heart warming 5 dollar pasta song and made me feel so welcomed I sat in the dine in to eat just to feel the atmosphere and it seems like a well put together and well thought of hiring process in this business I will be sure to bring my family back next time!! Placed an order in store and found a big black piece if hair in my food. The next day I went back to patronize the store with a group of 7 people the lady at the cash register said that I could not use the restroom if I was not ordering. The lady prevented me from using the restroom. How rude now I will be taking my group of 7 elsewhere. Bye.
