Customer service has gone completely, totally out the window. PIAA used to have great technical support, now there is none.
I bay Piaa LED light and they stop working nobody whant to replace them even they are still under warranty service is very bad I call them 100 times and still nothing

Excellent performance and quality along with very good customer service and technical support...been a customer for decades and never disappointed.
For the Si-Tech wiper blades, the instructions on the packaging, online videos, and PDF selection guide are all wrong for the Gen 4 Prius and Prius Prime in the PDF master guide and online instructions it says to use adapter A for PTB but in actuality it is adapter F that works. There aren't any clear instructions for Adapter F and futhermore there aren't clear instructions on how to remove the factory preinstalled base mount to get the M base mount installed. Bought their replacement bulbs for my 17 ram 3500 fog lights and within a few days they had moisture in them.. Didn’t have much free time so they had moisture for some time, when I pulled the bulbs to clean the moisture out they had standing water inside the housing. Once everything was cleaned and dried I noticed that the chrome inside the factor housing had lost the shiny color and is a dull white now.
