If you go to any other gym, you're wrong. Physiques isn't just a gym it's a family. All the women are supportive of one another and inspiring throughout your weight loss journey. I never feel uncomfortable or that I don't belong there. The large variety of classes are phenomenal and the instructors are even better. They give modifications to fit everyone's personal physical level and are there to help you throughout the whole class. I will never step foot in another gym as long as Physiques is around!
I was a member here for 2 1/2 years. I plan to go back...have not found any place better I promise you. Miss the wonderful and welcoming staff. I was looking and feeling great back then...never to late to hit it again!
I love this place, I love how it's women only, how it has different classes at different times, everyone is so friendly....
I have been a member at several gyms in town including Red's and this one is hands down my favorite. The instructors care very much about each individual and their fitness goals. The several classes available here are awesome too. Funkie fusion is fun, high energy, and this hour long class goes by in a flash. Wet AND dry sauna are just icing on the cake. This is a small intimate gym that caters to its clients, and I love it!
