The 5 am class is the bomb. I loved starting my day all energized
Love working out here! Physiques is very clean and very well kept! Has a variety of classes as well!
I love their classes but was a little disappointed anyhow outdated the gym equipment is.
The cardio equipment (treadmills bikes ellipticals etc) is seriously old and they need to invest back into the gym at those prices. Basically crappy equipment.
