I’ve been a member for over ten years after having been at other gyms and Physiques has literally changed my life. The idea of working out used to seem like a chore now, I love it! The instructors are amazing and everyone is so warm, genuine and encouraging! I’m achieving my fitness goals and have also made some amazing friends ❤️
I love Physiques! The classes are challenging and the women are encouraging. There is an atmosphere that’s motivating & uplifting regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. Love my Physiques Family!
I'm new to Physiques but not new to the gym life-style. I signed up for the summer since it offers childcare. After visiting 3 gyms that could accommodate my needs, I chose this one. It feels like family here. It has more than enough options to get healthy and stay healthy by offering numerous classes, spa, pool, weights, cardio, motivators, healthy to-go meals, etc. I highly recommend this place.
I should have joined this gym a long time ago. I love the classes and I am doing personal training with Megan. You gals are awesome. I look forward to going workout. Cannot wait to see where my fitness journey brings me.
