I’ve been going to Physiques by Monique for a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. I really enjoy the small group weight training with Jennifer. The class size is small so you feel like you’re getting a personalized training experience. I just started spin classes and the variety of classes offered ensures there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cyclist. Trainers fun and energetic- no judgement zone- all walks of life and a good variety of classes- very welcoming of all people and levels of fitness. GREAT sound system and music and not like many gyms which are more about to see and be seen- results!
I love this place. The people, including participants, are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Music is awesome. Monique, Joy, and Julie are encouraging and motivating without judgement. On a weekly special, I tried out the weight training, spin class, and yoga classes. The atmosphere is accepting, loving, and enthusiastic.
