Gym has a lot of options, trainers are amazing and the front desk manager is pretty cute. I honestly go to the gym more often to talk to her. She also makes really great protein shakes which i really enjoy. Only downside i would say is that there is a lack of floor space to do floor excercises

Physic is amazing. Plenty on machines, lots of class. Great air conditioning
Just stopped in and got a pass for a few days while visiting family. Had everything I needed
Always the best gym have been coming here since it open 25 years ago all the members are so friendly and work outs are the best
This is my gym...I feel I'm at my maximum strength and energy here...I love Cheshire
