It’s the best Gym I have been to since moving to Ct, the coaches, instructors and the staff are helpful, friendly and professionals who wants u to reach ur fitness goals. It’s also extremely Clean which is something I love.
Great group classes, Ray is a great protein shake maker.
I have belonged to this gym for 6 years. It has been a great experience. I especially like the classes offered.
Great place to workout for advance to beginner. People who work there are very helpful and extremely nice. Very welcoming
