I switched based upon a co-workers referal, because I was very unhappy with my old dentist. Upon switching I have never been happier. It is such a pleasent experience. Everyone on staff is very friendly, and they are very up to date with everything they are doing in there offices, and have solutions to the problems going on with my teeth, it is also a non stressfull, or painfull, experience this time around. All of these things I did not know the dentist could be.
I have been a patient of Dr. Raymond and his fabulous team for 30 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. From the front desk greeting to my hygienic appointments to appointments involving crowns or fillings--not to forget the friendly billing/scheduling staff--I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of this practice and have been happy to refer family and friends without any hesitation. Thank you SO much, Southdale Dental!
I had the the best hygenist today who was very gental on my gums and teeth. Dr. Healy is always great and explains exactly what is going on in my mouth. He always takes the conservative options. And BTW, your new text option for scedule reminders are the best! Thx Southdale Dental!
Wonderful service as usual! Deb is outstanding-very efficient and effective. Having your teeth cleaned is not the MOST enjoyable activity, but she made it most tolerable, was quick, and my teeth looked and felt great when she was done!
Dr. Healey is very gentle, kind and sympathetic. He is very skilled at his profession and is medically astute. I appreciate his professionalism.
