Every thing went well except the hygenist for the first time ever used some spray device for cleaning that I was very annoyed with because it sprayed all over my face and felt sticky. I told her that I did not like that process and she said she would make a note of it! She could tell I was uncomfortable with the process because I asked when did they start using that spray to clean teeth. I asked for a wet towel to clean up with.
Hygenist was interested in me, listened attentively, asked my permission for x-rays while providing the information I needed to make my decision, explained what she was going to do, gave me feedback on my home care, and was skilled and thorough in her care of my teeth.
