I initially went to Baytown office for lower back pain therapy through my medical insurance . They told me I was covered by my insurance I even asked them were they sure. They said yes . But I had to pay each time in full until my $350.00 deductible was paid . Then my visits would be lower . After my deductible was paid come to find out my insurance never even covered therapy. Their Benefits coordinator never even checked my coverage or they lied .Otherwise I would have continued my treatments . I tried to contact the owners... read more
I called today to get information and that person sounded annoyed to be at work. She also needs to work on her telephone skills. You say goodbye when a conversation has ended, not "mhm."

I had progress hear Physio were great to me. I suggest near over in home therapy.
