I was there yesterday for a tonsillectomy I was pretty scared and I can't remember the two nurses that hooked me up but they both was amazing and the lady anesthesiologist that was working with Baylor calmed me down so much I thank you guys so much cus I was truly scared you guys all r amazing

So I had revision surgery after breast cancer reconstruction at this place. Prior to surgery the nurses were amazing. Very sweet and took good care of me. After surgery was a bit different. I was rushed out of recovery. The nurse kept telling me “open your eyes open your eyes” and I was nauseous from the anesthesia and she gave me a sick bag. Horrible customer service. Just because the treating surgen selects this facility for surgery you have to deal with rude and unpleasany staff by default. They should hire better service staff. Surgery is an unpleasant experience within itself and to have to deal with rude staff members just because the facility and its staff feels some way entitled, just because I as a patient cannot choose which facility I would prefer to pay to have the procedure done, is unacceptable.
Friendly staff, very nice nurses. Wonderful doctor, Dr. Lee. Highly recommend the place.
