Last Friday 16th January I attended Physicians SA at Holden Hill for the first time. The service to me by the staff was such that I can genuinely say that it was a first class quality customer service delivery delivered with good people skills and patience because I was quite apprehensive. Terrible experience all round, was not heard, terrible communication skills (I mean terrible!) From getting my name wrong on the first appt to being recommended antidepressants for severe back pain today!? ! Im left extremely frustrated would absolutely not recommend.

I can’t recommend Dr. Sudheer Ahamed Puthiyaveetil and Dr. Anuk Kruavit at SA Physicians highly enough. While I was at Ashford Hospital, they provided outstanding care, showing real empathy and a problem-solving approach that made a huge difference.
