The care I received for my sliced hand was exceptional. The nurses, the doctor were so nurturing and caring. The stitches healed very nice. The scar looks minimal. I reccomend Physicians Premier for great care, great service and such a great environment. Thank you Physicians Premier nurses and doctors. You run an excellent facility.

The entire staff and doctor was so friendly and helpful. The facility itself is spic and span. I definitely recommend Physicians Premier emergency room!
I love that their kid friendly!!! I was able to take my 11 year old there for treatment. We were in and out within 20 minutes, he was swabbed and diagnosed with Flu A. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with the services from front desk, Nurse and doctor. Highly recommend!!!
Very courteous the minute you walk in. From the time that you're filling out paperwork to the moment that you're being discharged. Doctor and nurses were very informative in evey step of the way, letting you know what they'll be doing to you and why they're doing it. Strongly reccomend going here for your emergency needs
Visited here a while back and needless to say I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. The nurses here are very courteous and professional; the MD Matthew Cross made me very comfortable with my experience here and made sure I was taken care of!! Wait was maybe 10 minutes (if even that) to get seen by them and that was also a major plus.
We were greeted by a warm, friendly staff. We were taken back very quickly. The only ER worth going to here in Corpus Christi, is any of the 5 locations they have. The one at Saratoga, was closest. They also have more on Ennis, in Parkdale plaza, one in Calallen, and one in Portland. Thank you all so much for being here for our community.
This place is absolutely amazing. It’s very clean and there is not your typical wait like other ERs. The staff is phenomenal and Dr. Cross has a kind, gentle, and caring bedside manner. I was able to get a ct scan and get results back within 30 minutes. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family.
