These Medical staff workers care.
I went quite early in the morning and experienced practically no waiting time either before or after being shown back to an exam room. The staff were great. The doctor was friendly, expert, and communicative. I highly recommend this ER.
Both staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable! In and out quickly! I wouldn’t go any where else!

I have to say this place is amazing!! Great friendly staff. Super sweet nurses that make you feel comfortable and always check on you. The doctor Justin Brown was super professional and had an awesome bedside manner. Thank you guys for being nothing less than amazing!!!
Very professional staff, spotless clinic. Staff was knowledgeable and very kind to me. Explained every step of the treatment (broken ankle) and what cost would be for X-rays, visit, etc. No hidden cost at all very straightforward and very reasonably priced.
Yes I would. The nurse that took care of me was Great. I have never been treat with suck kind care. I was stuck for my IV then I was stuck for a shot and I didn’t feel a thing. She definitely took my feelings into consideration. Everyone in the place could not of made me feel any better. Hope I never need their services again but if I do they have my business and for my family!!!!
Went to try and get tested for Covid. Was turned away over their $250 dollar cost for the test. Must be paid up front and they were rude. While I was there trying to fill out info there were 6 other people who had to leave for the same reason. All within less than a 5 minute time frame. Amazes me how they advertise how they are such an amazing facility but turning people away for a simple test during a pandemic. If other places are doing it for free why is your fee $250?!?!? Due to the influx of COVID -19 cases in the Coastal Bend, our ERs are experiencing longer than normal wait times. We are treating patients with acute medical emergencies as a priority whether COVID or not. There is no co-pay if you have insurance, we accept all major insurances. Again, our apologizes and with the increase COVID- 19 cases our phones are ringing non-stop, we are trying to keep up with the demand.
The rudest nurse I’ve ever talked to on the phone. Wish I would have gotten her name.
