We received excellent care here after my son fell and hit his head. Dr. Cerna was funny, compassionate, and kind! Our nurse was also amazing and very knowledgeable. We were in and out in under an hour! We will definitely be back next time we are in need of ER service!
Had to go in for a hand injury, no wait, no fuss and the nurses were awesome!
I have used this ER for 2 separate issues, an injury and an illness. On both occasions, I received excellent care by all employees. I will continue to use this establishment when the need arises.
I took a spill and was in severe pain. The nurses were very helpful and concerned about me. I could barely walk and they were very accommodating. The doctor that examined was very through and ordered x-rays. They gave me a tetanus shot and anti-inflammatory shot. X-rays showed no fractures. They took very good care of me. They gave a courtesy call the next day to see how I was do. I have never had a follow up call, great facility.
I had my 10 year old nephew staying with me from out of town when he got sick. Everyone here was so wonderful. We even got a follow up call the next day to check on him. Wish more Doctors and offices actually cared like this.
