I was in and out within an hour or so. The receptionist, RN, and the Dr. were amazing. Never again will I go to a ER. If I had gone to the ER I would had been there for hours.
I can actually say this is by far the best ER. My family and I come to visit when we have tummy pains, back spasms, upper respiratory infection and even UTIs. We are usually in and out in an hour. We do not get the runaround when we are in pain. Injections are offered as needed. I will go here first before entering any Hospitals. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for there kindness, compassion and understanding when we most need it.
Was not feeling well at all. But the friendly staff made it alot better. The Doctor was amazing and so caring.. they all made me feel welcomed and will definitely recommend Physician Premier Emergency. Thank you so much..
Caring, attentive staff who did their work quickly to assess my husband's condition. They controlled his pain long enough for the EMS to get him to the hospital.
I hate ER's, but this place is nothing like I've ever experienced! The staff is amazing. Dr. G is the friendliest guy you'll ever talk to, but above all he's knowledgeable and extremely patient in discussing your diagnosis. The wait time is also another plus. I waited 5 minutes, the time it too me to fill out the paperwork, and I was already in a room! Excellent customer service!!!! Keep up the great work!
I highly recommend this emergency room. It's super clean, the staff was so kind, and accommodating. It's definitely the best in town.
