The staff are very caring and concerned about there patients. I would recommend Premier to anyone who has a medical emergency.
If i could give 10 stars I WOULD ! Despite having to go there because my husband was in pain due to his thumb being amputated. They took care of him and attended to him really quick and manage to control his pain and that made my day ! I would DEFINITELY go back AND would DEFINITELY recommend this ER to all my loved ones. Also we had our kids with us and offered them juices or gatorade or water. It was such a great place. GOD JOB you guys ! Keep up the good work !

I've brought my kids here twice and the staff is very efficient, friendly and there is never a long wait time. I highly recommend this establishment especially if you have little ones!
What an awesome place! All Staff from receptionist to x-Ray very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't have been a better experience for our 4 1/2 yr old. Facility is super clean as well. Will definitely return should the occasion arise and highly recommend this facility for all those in proximity. Great addition to the Southside!! Thank you Physicians Premier ER.
