RecommendedDr. Grosslight and his staff are both caring and informational. I've bn going there 4 about 2 yrs and I have no complaints.
I have only had 2 visits with Dr. Grosslight, but already he has done more for me than a few years with my previous pain specialists. For the first time in years, today, I was able to actually cook a meal for my family without sitting down while cooking. That was after I walked all around Sam's club, Dollar Tree, and Food lion (not buying anything, just walking because it was a test after injections). If there was an option for zero stars, I'd have taken it. Apparently, money is more important than patient well-being here. It was shocking when what could have been critical information relative to patient care and well being took a back seat to money and was of no interest to the employee at the front window as I was refused to see Dr. Grosslight.
Dr Grosslight and his staff were excellent! Yesterday was my 1st appt here and I walked out with more information and treatment options than any other place I've been before. Dr Grosslight took the time to thoroughly explain my injury, options and answered ALL of my questions and I never got the feeling that I was a burden or being rushed out. I cannot wait to go back and get the ball rolling with getting my back finally fixed!
Dr. Grosslight is fantastic, everyone below him is nothing short of terrible. I have been waiting for over a month (more like two if you want to get technical) for answers as to what's going on with my situation and cannot even get anyone to return a phone call. I was supposed to have two MRIs in December, last minute one was denied. I have been waiting to hear back from them about the pre-authorization appeal for the other MRI, no one has any clue as to what the next step is in the process to fix my leg that I cannot stand ... read more
I’m a patient of Dr. Grosslight he has been my doctor for five years. The office staff is wonderful whenever you need anything they go out of your way to get it for you, whether it is fmla forms completed, an appointment or refill on certain meds. The office manager Deb she can’t do enough for me. I have spoken to Chasity I have never had a problem when I call she answers my questions always very polite. Dr. Grosslight seems to have forgotten the importance of the front office and has lost control of his staff. The first strike was when I stopped by to sign an authorization, door was locked during office hours, I could see them, but they refused to let me in to sign. Debbie and Chastity are the two (office bullies) to avoid if you expect empathetic listening and attentiveness. Staff and Dr's are so nice and caring for you.Also there to help and try to get you out of pain.
dr grosslight and staff are awesome. kept me out of pain and surgery for 6 months. I would recommend him to anyone.
