Very effective therapy for spinal issues. You don’t notice the positive effect until one day you notice you have no more pain. Like magic.
Do NOT go to TRIA physical Therapy. They charge you $400 just for 1st time evaluation other than the physical theraphy charge, which is much higher than some of specialist doctor bill. And their phsycial treatment didn't improve anything, at least to me. I went to some other physical theraphy places, such as Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy – Shoreview, they charge reasonable price and offer much better threatement.
Friendly front desk staff
They didn't know anything about my how to work with my Scheuermann's and scoliosis. I got stronger but my pain did not improve at all. I did the entire 12 week program. Some PTs were inattentive while I performed the exercises and did not seem to enjoy their jobs. One was way more interested in oggling my x-rays and seemingly delighting in how much of a freak I am.
