Had my blood drawn at the Lincoln location and the staff was super friendly. Will go back whenever I need blood work done.
Would not recommend this office to get blood drawn. My doctor encouraged me to get a lactose test done at this office. Upon arrival when I told the lab techs I needed a lactose test done they acted as if they were unsure what that was. Several of the lab techs could not find my veins throughout this experience. On several occasions, one lab tech had the needle in my arm and when she failed to find the vein, she would continue to move the needle around inside my arm which was incredibly painful. I come here regularly for my labs and the staff are always pleasant. I get blood draws routinely and they are always “real” rather than fake polite. Maybe it’s because I’m such an easy poke, but I’ve never had a bad experience here.
