Last 2 times I have been in the receptionist has had an attitude. A friendly demeanor is expected in any medical facility & you can’t find it here. Do better!
I have a negative experience almost every time I come here. It feels unprofessional and not very sanitary. This last time, they couldn't find my standing order I've had for months (they were literally just rifling through a huge stack of papers that were in a drawer). I told them I would email it to them again, and after 10 minutes of the email not going through I asked them to confirm that it was the correct email address (they said it was). Their automated service said our account had a zero balance. I received one bill from them and I called to check to see if the balance was accurate or pay it off and they had said they already sent it to collections and refused to take my payment on it.

If I could give a "zero" star to this place in hiring the worst, rude, by the sounds of her on the phone OLD, and with total lack of professional/social/customer skills to handle a simple phone call I would. Be sure if you get this horrendous individual hang up, and get someone who actually knows how to work in an office.
