I was referred to this injury clinic after my car accident, and overall my experience was mixed. One of the main issues I encountered was poor communication between the clinic and my attorney. There were multiple instances where my attorney informed me that my treatment had been approved, but when I contacted the clinic, they said they were still waiting on authorization. If you're trying to cope with pain wrong places to go to. The staff won't let a couple go in together in a examining room. They keep stressing my wife when she asked for me to go in the room with her to know what the Dr is going to tell her. If you come because your lawyer recommended this place suggest that he/she give you an appointment in another place unprofessional and rude zero recommended.
Do not let anyone refer you to this place for a car accidnet. I was reffered by the chiropractors office to this clinc for a car accident i was involved in and they charged $500 for a 5minute phone consultation and they dont even see you to evaluate you correctly. All they did was prescribe me ibuprofen which i was already taking. I don't know how there allowed to rip people off like that for a 5 minute call.
They force you to wear masks , when in other places they don't require it anymore including hospitals, my wife also mentioned having a really uncomfortable experience with the doctor. Not coming here again.
