Dr. Ruben is great :) Dr. Ruben is my dr and I most say he is awesome! I was switched to him when pregnant with my daughter from a different practice. He has always made me feel comfortable, and answered most questions. If I call with an issue, I usually hear from someone by the end of the day. Dr Guilloti ended up delivering my daughter who came at 36 weeks and she was great. Very friendly and calm considering I never met her before. After I had delivered, Dr. Ruben came up personally to congratulate us and meet who was giv... read more

Offensive comments The office staff is rude and unattentive. I've only have one doctor there and plan on switching especially after my last visit. I had done a home pregnancy test that had came positive so I went to my dr to be sure. While we were talking I was telling her how long ago I had stopped taking my birth control and she basically was like well good job now look what happened. It's true that I am younger than most since I am only 21 but the way dr montessano approached me was very offensive. While talking more she ... read more

Patient I don't have an issue with the doctors but the office staff seem rather unhappy. I hear friends and others talk on the outside about the management personnel we live in a small town. You can tell who they are, they walk around with very hard faces and look very stern, not pleasant at all. Whenever this particular woman tour the place you can see the look of disappointment on their faces. You see a lot while in the waiting area and when checking out as well. If I didn't like my Doctor I would not be attending the prac... read more

Drs. Ruben and LaMonica are fabulous! Dr. Ruben and Dr. LaMonica are wonderful. Each one delivered a baby for me. They tag-teamed as their shifts changed and had me come back into the office hourly as I was preparing to go into labor with my third child. This was to be sure I made it to the hospital in time since my second daughter crowned in the elevator on the way up to maternity. Dr. LaMonica heard my concerns of a very bad episiotomy with my first child (delivered in another state) and did everything possible (he was so ... read more

Wish I could do both with Lamonica Loved Lamonica for years. Never thought I would ever have to leave. But when I started into my 50's and going through my change it seemed to me he was less then interested about the changes of my body. I changed to Montasano and she seems to be on the same page. I wish I did not have to change. I liked him alot. Yes it's true, the staff is very rude. I get my mammogram every year for at least 15 years and the same lady who does them acts like she has never met me. I'm lucky if she answers m... read more

physicians for women I switched doctors, simply because of the support staff. The office staff has an astonishingly high turnover. Even when pregnant and going to the office every week, I never saw the same person twice. They're rude and have bad attitudes. My doctor (Ruben) was fine, but it's bad enough going to the gyno without having to deal with *itchy staff.

Great Experience with Physicians for Women I have only had good experiences with Physicians for Women. I moved to the area and had some medical concerns and was referred to them. Dr. Ruben was my primary doctor for the first concern and continued to be my doctor when I became pregnant with my first child a few months later. He was always concerned about me and my pregnancy(it was high risk). If I had a question or concern, a nurse or dr. would return my call within the hour. During delivery, Dr. Devita was the on call doctor... read more

Dr. Lamonica is great!!!!!!!!!! My first doctor at Physicians for Women was with Dr. Devita, she is a horrible doctor she made me get blood-work and then told me I had PCOS, she told me to look it up myself, the next doc was Dr.Gillioti she seemed like she didn't care, she gave me clomid and I was on my way.Dr.Montesano was next, she was horrible too, she told me that clomid didn't work (only did one isolated blood-test) and told me there was nothing else she could do. Now that I have Dr.Lamonica he told me I'm fine and can sta... read more

Get Dr. LaMonica! Don't leave, I also had a problem with the staff one time - but Dr. LaMonica is unbelievable - he will return your call even late in the evenings and on week-ends! I was going to another doctor in another place before but good thing I switched to Dr. LaMonica!
