Absolutely horrible experience…nasty and rude people working the front desk. They even tried to hurry my kid and I out because they closing soon…avoid at all cost.

Every time I call it’s a 20 min call and most of it is being on hold. It’s like talking to an AT&T representative. I don’t get it. You never get to speak to someone in the actual office. I have issues using their portal more than half the time. Other than the annoying phone calls the office staff themselves are always nice and helpful. Docs have been great and patient with our kids.
