I hate this place!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Every time I call it’s a 20 min call and most of it is being on hold. It’s like talking to an AT&T representative. I don’t get it. You never get to speak to someone in the actual office. I have issues using their portal more than half the time. Other than the annoying phone calls the office staff themselves are always nice and helpful. Docs have been great and patient with our kids.

Dr Chiong’s office is amazing but very upset that he joined with pediatric associates. When you call for referrals the representatives do not speak good English and don’t understand what I am asking. I recommend any pediatrician not affiliated with pediatric associates. If I could give negative stats I would. Very unsatisfying.
