I'd like to start off this review by saying that my partner and I both have ADHD, and therefore, when we go to the doctor, it is helpful if they are able to let us get all of our thoughts out as well as provide us with a clear, action plan that's written down. I hung up after waiting for 12 minutes to speak to the receptionist. What kind of healthcare is this?
I don't think I'll be back for a follow up. My experience was nice receptionist (on their cells) and then being in a room hearing Dr. Cotler chew them out on why they scheduled two new patients at the same time... but to be fair some other dude who didn't wanna wait was probably scheduled at 10:30 and I showed up before him for my paperwork and my appointment was at 10:45am. Dr. Abbasova’s new prescription, ketoconazole 2%, has just been used for two days now. I have ten weeks before my next visit which should be enough time to reveal a change I hope. She trimmed my toenails and did relieve some discomfort due to some ingrown nail on my large toes.
