Avoid at all costs. Hostile staff.
I love Dr. Moore! She changed my quality of life. I came to her in pain and unable to do the things I love to do, but now I am improving and getting back to life. Her incredible skills and genuine care for her patients is a rare quality.
Worst place I have ever had to deal with. I had ignored every red flag (call center being out of the country, unprofessional office staff, etc) from the beginning because my referral was to them and I’ve been in that much pain. I had scheduled a surgery 2 months before the date. ONE week before surgery they needed to postpone the surgery because they couldn’t “fit me in”. Never got to see them, they kept rescheduling my new patient appointment! 3 times -I had to limp around for 6 months and now I have to find someone else! I believe they also use an out of country call center so guard with your personal information!
When I made the appointment 6 weeks ago I was told Julian place. It's in my calendar. About 20 minutes before my appointment I tried to find the location. I finally called and was told it's in the northeast. When I got to the Northeast again could not find it had to call again. I get here I'm told I'm a new patient and I should have been here early. I said I would have been had the appointment been where it was supposed to be when I initially called. I said do I need to cancel they said yes I said fine, goodbye.
