Never got to see them, they kept rescheduling my new patient appointment! 3 times -I had to limp around for 6 months and now I have to find someone else! I believe they also use an out of country call center so guard with your personal information!

When I made the appointment 6 weeks ago I was told Julian place. It's in my calendar. About 20 minutes before my appointment I tried to find the location. I finally called and was told it's in the northeast. When I got to the Northeast again could not find it had to call again. I get here I'm told I'm a new patient and I should have been here early. I said I would have been had the appointment been where it was supposed to be when I initially called. I said do I need to cancel they said yes I said fine, goodbye.

I was truly disappointed with my experience as a new patient at this office. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. Instead, the male receptionist was on his cellphone, clearly playing a game, even as I introduced myself. Without looking up or pausing, he asked for my driver’s license and insurance.
