I am very disappointed with this clinic. I was very worried about going here in the first place. I had talked with the billing department many times about cost involved with cataract surgery. They had said that they deal with insurance companies all the time and they are pretty accurate if they are off it is usually the anesthetic cost since they don't know how much a person is going to need. I'm having cataract surgery with Dr Jones (1 eye done, 1 to go!) and also had lasik surgery many years ago; Of course I think Dr Jones is top notch and did a great job on my eyes. I'd also like to recognize every person in the clinic and surgery center for the superior care they provide. They were highly skilled, knowledgeable, informative, caring and took fabulous care of me. I highly recommend their services!
Prompt service. In and out of examination quickly. I had cataracts removed from both eyes. The surgical process was very professional and the staff of the clinic are wonderful. What a joy to wake up and be able to see clearly without glasses or contacts.
Excellent facility and excellent doctors! Always a good choice in the Everett and surrounding areas!
My experience with Dr. Jones was bad, when the assistant was done with me, I was waiting for him to come in and suddenly somebody called him on the phone and he started a conversation. I could hear the whole thing and I even heard that he gave his Social Security number to the person on the other line. I heard him talk on the phone for about 30 minutes.
